The fourth quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends for the top dining and restaurant apps on the iOS platform in Denmark. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading apps in this category.

McDonald’s - Non-US witnessed a notable increase in downloads, especially in the last weeks of the quarter. Downloads peaked at approximately 6.2K in the week of December 4, before dropping to around 2.5K by December 25. The app’s weekly active users also saw a significant uptick, reaching a high of about 76.7K during the week of November 27, before declining to around 52.4K by the end of the quarter.

Burger King Danmark experienced a steady download rate throughout the quarter. Starting at around 1.7K downloads in late September, the app peaked at 1.9K in mid-December.

Espresso House showed a consistent increase in downloads, culminating in a peak of approximately 2.1K downloads during the week of December 4. Their weekly active users also saw a gradual rise, reaching around 16.9K in early December, before settling back to approximately 13.4K by the end of the quarter.

JOE & THE JUICE had a relatively stable download performance, with a notable spike to around 1.8K downloads in the week of November 20. Weekly active users for the app maintained a steady level, fluctuating between 1.3K and 1.9K throughout the quarter.

McDonald’s Germany had a modest but consistent download rate, peaking at around 355 downloads in early December. The app's weekly active users showed a steady performance, reaching around 2.8K in late November and maintaining similar levels through December.
